Your budget doesn\u2019t have to be complicated to work well either.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Start by mapping out your income and where\/how it\u2019s going to be spent, then keep close track on where it\u2019s <em>actually <\/em>spent so you can compare planned VS actual and adjust your plans from there.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sands-trustee.com\/blog\/is-a-consumer-proposal-right-for-me\/\">Is a Consumer Proposal Right for Me?<\/a><\/p>\n<p><u>Avoid the Minimum Payment Trap<\/u><\/p>\n<p>To make progress paying off debt you have to pay more than the minimum required payment each month, since most of that payment simply services interest charges.
